creassed ODBC data source utility using Oracle ODBC driver 11.02.00.02

I have faced the issue with new Oracle ODBC driver 11.02.00.02.

On window, when system date is set to before year 2000, ODBC data source utility gets crashed if try to use Oracle driver 11.2.0.2

But ODBC data source utility works properly with other drivers (including Oracle 11.2.0.1).

 

 

System event log show below msg

Faulting application odbcad32.exe, version 3.525.1132.0, faulting module orageneric11.dll, version 11.2.0.2, fault address 0x00113081.

 

Is it known issue? or is there any patch available for this?
