Install OIM 11g (11.1.1.2) get the error INST-5213: The Database version 11.2.0.1 is not supported.

Hi,

I want to intall the latest OIM 11g. I platn to install 11.1.1.2 then patch/upgrade to 11.1.1.5. However, the OIM 11g only support database as the error mention: "with version equal to or higher than 10.2.0.4.0 in 10g or version equal to higher than 11.1.0.7.0 in 11g. Refer to the certification matrix for supported database versions."

I check the "Oracle Identity and Access Management 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.x) Certification Matrix" and I can see the database 11.2.0.1(+) is supported on page  "Current System Certification" .

What's wrong on my installation?
