PeopleTools 8.52

We are currently on Tools 8.50.20 and Application 9.1. We are trying to decide if we should upgrade to Tools 8.51 or Tools 8.52. I attended Collaborate and was told Tools 8.52 would be released in 3 Qtr 2011 but I've not seen anything but pre-release notes. Does anyone know when Tools 8.52 will be available? Also any insight between going to 8.52 vs 8.51 would be helpful.
