The Initial patch that wa released for Service Tax Point Of taxation in 12.1.1 was having few issues..
Please refer to 12.1.1 POT(India Point of Taxation Service Tax ) Patch 12627071:R12.JAI.B Fails And Creating Some Invalids Objects (Doc ID 1344814.1)
for the new patch...
