XML Gateway Setup

We recently configured and began using Purchasing and now we need to get XML Gateway up and running to communicate with our Punchout vendor.  I set up a Trading Partner and had the Purchasing folks do a test.  I got a notification with the error below.  Can anyone point me in the right direction so that I can begin untangling this mess?  Thanks, Jessica

An Error occurred in the following Workflow.

Item Type = POXML
Item Key = 270-450
User Key =

Error Name = ECX_GET_XMLERROR_EMBD
Error Message = 6014: Error while getting the XML Document: 'ORA-20100: Error occurred while parsing: Element PROCESS_PO_007 not complete, expected elements '[CNTROLAREA]'.'. For further details, see the log corresponding to FND-Logging AFLOG MODULE Name: 'Please ensure that FND-Logging is enabled for module ecx.plsql.%'.
