Modifying Vacation rules

Hello

I have requirement to modify the vacation rules so that we should only be able to pick employees who belong to each ones business group.

So, i went ahead and modified the WF_ROLE_LOV such that it only displays employees within each ones group. Now, this LOV is used in several places and one important place it is being uses is by the SYSADMIN workflow.

Any suggestion as how to modify this LOV without affecting the other places its being used ?
