How to install Oracle Workflow

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone please tell me the complete steps to install oracle workflow in local system.

I have already installed Oracle 11g R2 enterprise edition and now want to work on workflow builder . Do in need to install both Workflow clinet and server ?
