Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. The Active X pop ups display when opening Oracle WorkFloe Email attchments

Is there a way through Oracle application server or Oracle Email Notification WorkFlow process to avoid the Active X pop ups

when we are opening Oracle Work Flow email notification attachments?

Currently our users are complaining that every time they open their Oracle WF attachment the Active X

Message pop up comes up. Then they need to click on it and click on Allow… option and then the attachment opens up.

We do NOT want to change our current IE browser Active X security setup and wondering if there are other alternatives to get around this issue.
