Matching tolerances PS9.1

Hello,

  I am trying to put an amount tolerance for RULE_E250. First I went to match rules to set "use tolerance to rule control" to amount, then I went to "Match rule control" to set the amount to $100.00.  I went back to "Match Rules" to validate the SQL.  However when I ran matching RULE_E250 still exists on a voucher that is only off by 2 cents.  Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?  I appreciate your help.
