ER-1 Updation as per Govt. Notification No. 16/2011-Central Excise (N.T.)

Hi Mr. Srinivas/ Santosh,

As per Govt notification 16/2011-Central Excise (N.T.) from 01-Oct onward in ER-1 Credit & Debit both side Education Cess & Secondery & Higher Education Cess Both are clubed.

I just want to know the patches against this Notification has been released or not.
