eBill Payment Implimentation

We are in the process of eBill Payment Implimentation and have the below questions

1. How does the payment process work?

2. The best way to deploy on Internet.Does it support as delivered.

3. Integration Broker Setup to process credit card/ACH Payment.

4. Have to use Cyber Source or  XML  OR any other way ?

5. Does 8.9 support the email Attachment (PDF) file for Billing customers?

Any help is appreciated.
