Unable create Bill Only Return order/Credit Memo with Service Tax and Accounting rules in India Loca

HI Oracle Gurus,

our client has multiple accounting rules for revenue recognition on the invoices for Ex:- Daily Revenue for 1 year, 2 year etc., for service bill only lines along with service taxes

Incase if there are any order entry mistakes or return request, A Bill only Return sales order is enter or Credit Memo should be entered with Service Tax with Accounting rule matching the invoice.

Issues:-

1. If we try to Refer Sales order number on the Bill only return line then Serivce tax is not getting defaulted on the India Local sales Order screen. India Localization is not supporing Service tax on reference Bill only return lines, we are using Mixed order type.
