Error in Workflow

Hi,

We have this issue where in we could not  get details of the notifications.Some of the workflow process error but when we try to investigate we could not open the notifcation list as it will show 'ERROR PAGE'. Also when you to  "SYSADMIN : Workflow : Administrator Workflow". I typed in the Internal Name and pushed "Go"  the Erro Page will show.

Or by just moving on Workflow Tab it will show you the Error Page issue.

Please refer me to documentations/ past thread which relates to this to further investigate our issue.

Would appreciate any help. TIA!
