Routing Rule

Hi All,

I have created a Routing Rule (Delegation), but unfortunately the delegated employee do not receive any notification, I used sysadmin workflow user to search for the notification by Item key, I found the notification but with   (Requisition Forward to Invalid User Notification). And here’s the full information
