Email Invoice as an Attachment Billing /eBill 89

Hi All,

I have tried the recomended setup from you all in regarding "Email Invoice as an Attachment" in Peoplesoft Billing (eBill Payment) 8.9 version, But I am not seeing any results . All I Can see by kicking off  (BIIVCEMAIL and BI_WF_0001) email Notification Link in email and also workflow worklist item.

My question is does Peoplesoft 8.9 support Invoice email as an attachment or not? If so can you please give setup/configuration or any help is appreciated.
