Unable to approve Requisition in R12

Hi,

I am unable to approve the requisition in R12, While approve of Requistion following error message getting.

APP-PO-14142: WF_Error-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion

Cause: A SQL error has occured in WF_Error. The SQL error is
ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance

I have compiled all invalid objects eventhough above error message getting.

I have ran the select * from dba_objects where status='INVALID". This query returns the zero rows.

How to resolve the above issue.
