How to make a Supplier STATUS from Active to Inactive in Supplier Maintenance window ?

Hi Dear Friends,
In the Supplier Maintenance Window, I'm able to change the STATUS from Inactive to Active but not able to change Active to
Inactive. So,How do I change from Active to Inactive.If its locked by some other user, how do I release it. And we are using oracle
Financials over ORMS. Please suggest me, Urgent.
