Error registering EBS r12 - OSSO 10g

Hi, 

I have a client who has the following environment. 

OID 11g
OSSO 10g
OAM 10.1.4.3
EBS 12i

I get the error below while trying to register eBS instance to OSSO. The integration worked fine for the first instance, but is failing for the remaining, because the script complains that the OID container object throws 'Constraint Violation' error while trying to add the entry for the new instance. (error is the same even trying with different instances with totally different instance names. ) Has anyone a clue on this ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
