Express Deposits

When creating an Express Deposit in 9.1, the accounting entries do not choose the max effective dated row in the auto entry types for the WS-01 worksheet, choosen will be the first one alphabetically listed. Even if that auto entry type is inactivated. Has anyone run into this problem? and how have you dealt with it?
