How to deal with incoming (valid) replies that is not a notification response and not autoresponses

I am trying to figure out how to advise on wf mailer config in the following scenario:

Email PO notification to Supplier is used.

Some times the supplier responds to the email sent by wf mailer and this goes to the reply-to address specified in mailer setup.

Some of these responses are auto-emails such as 'vacation responses' or confirmations that the email is 'received and will be dealt with' etc. This is OK as they are filtered via the incoming logic and the option to setup filter tags in mailer setup.

But once in a while the supplier responds with an order confirmation or request for additional information. These are also automatically directed to the DISCARD folder.
