Moving 11g OID database to new server

Dear All,

We have database ( which holds 11g OID  & 10g SSO metadata /  )  is created on node 1    and 11g OID application filesystem  & 10g SSO file system is installaed on node # & mode 2 in cluster mode.

Now we have to move database from node 1 to completely new server  where that new server is having new hostname & IP address.

Pleaes suggest the procedure to do this ?
