Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How we can change the return Address on the Dunning Letter (One of the Strategy work item)

We are on R11i . The Dunning letters are being printed through Collections Strategies.

Setup -> Print -> Remit-to-Address (Payment Return Address) is not coming on Dunning letter.

The Work item has Soft dunning letter1 (Correspondence template)

How can we see the Dunning letter text and edit the dunning letter? How we can access that letter?
