1099 updates for 9.1 mp2

Hello,

I just finished watching the advisor webcast on 1099 updates for PeopleSoft financials.  Can someone please help clarify which updates we need to apply for 9.1 mp2?   We do not have the 2010 prereq applied to our system because we just upgraded to 9.1 from 8.8sp1. 

Here is what I have downloaded.  Are these the 2 fixes I need to apply?

1. upd848198 for 2010.  Are there additional fixes I need to apply after upd848198, before I move onto the 2011 update?
2. upd869741 for 2011.
