Upgrade PeopleTools from 8.46.02 to 8.51.13

Hi we have CRM in 8.9 and tools 8.46.02.

We are making the upgrade 8.46.02 to 8.51.13 , and we have a lot of customization like Application Message Subscriptions and some Syncronys messages also.

My question is, we need change the code to work with news tools or all of our code will work without any changes?

Another thinkg is i am looking for the new crystal and i cant find it to install at my oracle support, i want install the last version that i think that is 2008.

What kind of issues we will have doing that?
