EBill Payment - Payment Interface

Hi All,

Couple of questions on Payment Interface for Implimenting ebill Payment:

1.  To Process Credit Cards and ACH what type of Interface is best " Cyber Source or XML Complaint"?

2. Which one has least amount of customizations. ? What is the Industry Standard?

3. Can "Speed Pay " Interface Integrate with Peoplesoft ? If so How?
