French Language Support and Quebec Stores

Question on French Language Support in RMS 10.0. We are considering opening 1 or 2 stores in Quebec which has very stringent rules around French Language in their In-store displays and point-of-sale systems. From that standpoint what I am looking to understand is - what are the capabilities in RMS 10 (or 13) for

a) French Language support on RMS forms. Lets say we have some French speaking staff on my Merchandising team, can the screens be localized for French Language to key in data in French? Lets say Item descriptions, Promotion descriptions etc?

b) Secondly, lets say a) is possible - from a batch standpoint, what sort of considerations should we have? Assuming the database can store French data (multi-langage support exists) - can the batch support reading French characters and writing that out in the files? Are there any multi-byte limitations that we will have to work around (I know that most Language other than English have to deal with the Multi-byte monster)

Howdy, Stranger!
