Batch Error Correction System using Oracle Workflow is not consistently sending alert emails

Hi All,

Issue: Batch Error Correction System using Oracle Workflow is not consistently sending alert emails

 

Description: the batch error correction system will usually send out an automated email like the below mentioned.

  to receive the email, the user must have the GL USER LEVEL 40 xxx GUI assigned to the ledger and also be registered on the  batch error correction page

    then they log into the page, make the correction, and submit the batch.
