HSPD-12 Cards and FASC-N Attribute

I'd like to know if anyone has successfully retreived the FASC-N number from a US Government HSPD-12 (PIV) credential? We seem to be having problems with the 11.1.1.5 version of Identity Management. (SR being worked) The FASC-N is stored in the subjectAltName, OtherName it's identified by OID = 2.16.840.1.101.3.6.6 The pivFASC-N OID may appear as a name type in the otherName field of the subjectAltName extension of X.509 certificates
