purchase order e-mails
I have a situation where one of our purchase order processors enters a PO. The PO approver is notified that there is a PO requiring his approval via e-mail (the e-mail is that of the PO processor, and is based on the e-mail address in JDE - System Admin - User and Roile Setup - Address Book - Email/Internet Revisions). He approves the PO by selecting the link on the e-mail.
However the PO processor receives no e-mail notification that the PO has been approved. I have reviewed both user's e-mail addresses in Address Book - Email/Internet Revisions and they are correct (they match their e-mail addresses in Microsoft Outlook). The statuses in PO inquiry confirm that the PO was approved.
