Customisation of Action History part for Preparer to view journal action history in General Ledger A

Hi

I have an scenario where in my client requires customisation of Journal Workflow notification page to display all the action history and also the Natural Account Description.

I have inserted my format which is required, Please help us out

Subject:Journal No. 2738 of USD 150,000.00 prepared by Chandran, Bibin requires your approval (QR/DOH/BIBIN/TEST/28-SEP-2011)
