process not defaulting to Windows batch server

Hi,
My end users want an option where in if no process scheduler is selected for process type - "nVision-Report", the process should default to PSNT (Windows batch server).
I have made changes in PS_PRCSDEFN so that the servername for "nVision-Report" is PSNT. However after making these changes, the results are not consistant. On certain occations, the process after being kicked off does not choose any server and stays in 'queued' state.
Are there any other changes that I am supposed to make?
Many thanks,
Regards,
W
