Is it possible to have both delivery option (email and print) option for dunning letter in R12.

Hi ,

Currently, the customer dunning letters are printed, scanned and sent to the customers. I am aware that the dunning letter can be emailed to customers.

But if the email id is not available for the customer, then the dunning letter should take the deliver option 'print'. Is this possible in R12.
