Advanced collection R12.1.2

Navigate Receivable Manager -> Collections -> Collections

 Getting error
APP-AST-207069: This user ID has not been set up as a sales force. Please contact the System Administrator

I would like to skip step 2D from note Advanced Collections Basic Collections Setup [ID 282798.1]

(create group and import Resources) since all the users that have AR responsability should be able to open this form.  I also need to be able to open this form without being an employee.

 

Can anyone help me ?
