How to handle xml messages written to log directory

For whatever reason RIB may throw a message similar to "Error: Message rolling back more than once, it will loop so writing to file /apps/oracle/product/OAS/j2ee/rib-tafr-oc4j-instance/log/rib-tafr/Transfers_tafr_120111129110255722.xml    The rib message is removed from the RIB_MESAGE and RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE tables and is written to teh log directory as stated.Once this error has been fixed it would be nice to re-process these messages so as not to lose the data.
Question: How does one go about this?
