PO, ASN, and Cost Change question

Hello,

I know that there is an indicator to recalculate PO's on the cost change form for PO's that have not yet been received.

I would like to know if the supplier has sent an ASN for the PO but the PO hasn't been received, would the PO be recalculated with the new cost, or would the PO retain its original cost?

Also, can the PO cost be changed through the PO Revision process?
