GEGSC eCommerce box receiving continuous bounce back email

Hi All,

i am facing an issue ,

Email box AP GEGSC E-Commerce is continually receiving an email that is coming from a supplier that was sent an email invitation from the Invite and Register tool.
The invitation was sent to bca.empco@gct.com.mx for supplier ZUMMCO FETRO TECH SA . An email is being sent to the eCommerce Box from POSTMASTER@GUIMCO.COM.MX. every 3 to 4 minutes.

Can you please tell me , how to debug/find out the root cause here.
