The scoring component "Aging Bucket line for Account" in Advanced Collections

 How does this scoring component works in Advanced Collections
"Aging Bucket line for Account"

Advanced Collections IG States that " It Identifies the oldest aged transaction for the account".

Please explain with an example with the below range and score values. We have the Weight 1 for this component. This is the only component in the scoring engine.
