Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Regarding Reassn/Delegate Functionality in Project Budget workflow

Hi,

We've customized Project Budget Workflow, but the reassign and delegate functionalities are not working.

As an example, If there are 4 participants in a workflow and the heirarchy is like

A(Amount limit -0) --> B(Amount limit -1000) --> C(Amount limit -10000) --> D(Amount limit -100000)

Normally if A will submit the workflow , based on amount limit it'll go to higher levels.

In case of reassign --> budget is of 1500000 . now A delegates his response directly to C than based on the amount limit and supervisor

it should go to D directly, but it's coming back to B which is incorect.
