VLAN tagging with ce driver on V440

Hello
I have an old V440 on which I have installed Solaris 10 kernel patch 144488-17. I would like to create a VLAN tagged interface but I can't. I wonder if there is a patch for this or is it expected when using the ce driver.

> ifconfig ce5 plumb
> ifconfig ce350005 plumb
ifconfig: SIOCSLIFNAME for ip: ce350005: no such interface
