Can I use ITEM_LOC_HIST to reconcile Stock Positions?

 Hi,
I have to reconcile daily stock position between RMS and Financial System. Question is, I have no way to guarantee there were no new transactions affecting stock position meanwhile between the time stock position is uploaded to financial system and the time I capture data for reconciliation. I've gone into RMS documentation and it seems ITEM_LOC_HIST can be used as a weekly stock position snapshot so I was wondering if I can use this table together with trandata stock movements from the last recorded week in Item_loc_hist to the day I want to reconcile, e.g.:
