run work items simultaneously

Hi,

I defined a strategy with 3 work items, each work litem is assigned to a different template and I want to execute the 3 work items simultaneously.

When I run strategy process, the system execute only the first item, if I re run the same strategy, it execute second item, if I re run, it execute third work item..

this is not what I want

do you have solution
