Hi All,

Anybody is getting any issues with 1099 patches this year 2011?.We are getting issues with old cancelled payemnts .

I can run with AP_WTHD with out any issues with recent production copy which does not have 2011 -1099 patches.Looks like Oarcle 1099 patches creating issues.
