How to implement position Hierarch for Document Approvals. ?

Hi All,

can you please provide an example of this process.how the below things are setup inthe flow of apprvoals.
-- Employee Jobs
-- Approval Groups
-- Employee Positions
-- Approval Assignments

Facing a lot of issues, on these areas, it could helpful to resolve the issues ,if you provide the proper explanation with Queries.
