Delinquent Customer not visible in <Strategy Work Items> Node but the customer has a work item assig
We are using Advanced Collections in R11i. We have assigned Collectors at Account Level. The Profile Options:
IEX: Collector Access Level is set to Account (Site Level)
IEX: Work Queue Access = Restricted
The situation is, An invoice is delinquent in the UWQ. Under <Strategy> Tab Strategy is assigned and the status of the strategy is OPEN. In the Strategy Tab, Below the Strategy window the Work Items are displayed. Work Item name <Collection Call 1> has Status = Open, Assigned to: John Dew, Start Date: 27 Oct 2011.
But when we go in the <Strategy Work Items : Account > node of Collectors Work Queue of the same collector. That customer does not show up. What can be the possible cause.............Is that a Bug? Where we are missing the Boat.
