How to Add and get value for Message attribute

Hi,
I want to get Value for Oragnization_name in Purchase Prequisition  in Subject Line
right now the Subject is having attributes
&DOCUMENT_TYPE_DISP &DOCUMENT_NUMBER for &PREPARER_DISPLAY_NAME (&TOTAL_AMOUNT_DSP)

i would like to have an
&ORGANIZATION_NAME &DOCUMENT_TYPE_DISP &DOCUMENT_NUMBER for &PREPARER_DISPLAY_NAME (&TOTAL_AMOUNT_DSP)
 How to achive this so that organization name appears in subject like 
Now
 Purchase Requisition 57 for Prasanth, Saniga (1234321.00 AED)
Target
ORGANIZATION_NAME(Orginisation name value) - Purchase Requisition 57 for  Saniga (123.00 US)
