Error :- return: 805-oracle-00001:unique constraint violated in PS PYCYCL NAME TMP

I am getting the a unique constraint error while running the Express payment cycle. I have 9 express payment cycles. I have First express cycle status as APPROVED. Now i am trying to make a express payment for another voucher. Now when I click the Create button on the express payment page. I get the error stating
