Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA)

I am trying to utilize the OIA specified parameters within an OIA email template but the values are not populating. For example when doing a manager certification the user object does have a relationship with their manager through the OIA GUI ... BUT... when using the parameter $(manager.email) or $(userManagerEmail) nor are many of the other user object attributes are showing up.
The documentation touts the simplicity of selecting the OIA static parameters to use in email templates but I am not able to get these to populate in the email that is actually being sent out.


Is there something that I am missing? please chime in...
