OIA email template parameters

Hey all,  I am working with OIA 11.1.1.5 (11G R1 Patch1) and am trying to an email template and workflow configured correctly.

During a manager certification a manager can revoke an account and/or entitlement. When a revoke occurs:
  • I would like to send a revoke email to a system admin for each account
  • Send the resource (AD, Unix, DB app) and entitlement being revoked
The Configuration:
I have created an email template with the OIA standard parameter $(AccessRevokeDetails) in the body
I have the email template defined in the "Revoke and Remediation" section
  checked the "Send email to security administrators on access revoke", By each account in the certification
