Solaris 10 bge issues - Repeated link up messages

 There are about 15 X2200 m2 on Solaris 10 U9 and 15 on Solaris 10 U5.the severs that have Solaris 10 U9 are continuously sending interface  notices to the messages file for bge1 which is being used for ILOM via an ether connection.   Not experiencing any issues connecting to ILOM ....  Not sure how to go about trouble shooting these notices.
