Impact of HRMS & Payroll implementation on existing financial modules

Hi,

Oracle Financials, projects and distributions modules are implemented. Now we want to implement HRMS and Payroll for India but legislation attached to the existing business group is United States and currency is USD. We would like to know the impact on financial modules if we create a new business group for India.
